Online facility to pay for a taxi fare incurred as part of the Student Safe Taxi Scheme

 

Detailed Description

The Student Safe Taxi Scheme is a partnership between the University of Kent and Longleys Private Hire for current registered students. The scheme allows students who find themselves without funds, isolated from friends or in a vulnerable situation to request a taxi and reach their accommodation safely. The University of Kent will pay Longleys Private Hire for the fare and recover the costs from each student who uses the scheme.
