The United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) Trainer course is designed for entry level strength and conditioning coaches or those wishing to work as part of larger interdisciplinary sports teams. The course requires assessment in 5 key areas, including practical assessments in foundation movements and strength programming. Please note, course fees also include one year of membership to UKSCA and all course materials.
