Detailed Description
The training will be conducted as a part of the SNaP forum on 26th March, 09:30-13:00. Venue details will be provided closer to the date.
The training uses the CLUZ plugin to conduct to conduct the following exercises.
o Exercise A. Step-by-step guided exercise on using Marxan.
o Exercise B. Setting up a conservation planning system.
o Exercise C (also using R). Integrating CLUZ with R using PrioritizR
o Exercise D. Running Marxan with Zones
