NOTE: This is the booking service for students who have already landed in the UK who wish to join the airport transfer to the University of Kent.
Detailed Description
This service is for new or returning international students travelling to the Canterbury campus of the University of Kent from London Heathrow or Gatwick on Saturday 27 or Sunday 28 September 2025.
Places must be booked before 09.00 hrs (UK time) on Tuesday 23 September 2025.
Payment is by credit or debit card only. Any students without access to a credit or debit card should contact AirportTransfers@kent.ac.uk

Booking conditions for airport transfer service
Please note that by completing your purchase, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:
• There is limited room on the coach for luggage. (Students should also remember that airlines often make expensive charges for 'excess baggage').
• Students should be able to carry their own luggage from the arrivals hall to the coach
• The payment of £50.00 per person by credit or debit card is non-refundable.
• Students should look out for the University of Kent representatives on arrival
• However, if you are going to be late for the pre-arranged meeting time, you need to call the emergency number +44 7826 867876.
• Please be aware that if you do not show at your pre-arranged meeting time without notifying us, you may have to wait for the next available coach.
• Please note that the coach will not depart immediately after your arrival and you may need to wait until the bus is full or delayed flights have arrived. We will try, where possible, to keep this waiting time to a minimum, but it could be a 1-2 hour wait. Please be patient!
