Registration for the professional development training course Discover and Develop your Cultural Intelligence (CQ), 20 & 27 January 2025, online.

Course Description

This 6-hours professional development training course is designed to enhance your cultural intelligence (CQ). CQ refers to the capability to relate and work effectively across cultures, successfully adapt to unfamiliar contexts and thrive in diverse settings. In today's globalised world, CQ is vital for personal and professional success, meaningful cross-cultural relationships and effective local and global collaboration. This course explores the four main components of CQ: motivation, knowledge, strategy and behaviour. Training includes a standardised assessment by the Cultural Intelligence Centre, and an action plan of how to best implement your CQ in personal and professional contexts. Led by Cultural Intelligence Centre certified facilitators.
