Language as an Extra

Language classes available to current University of Kent students from beginner through to degree level. The languages available include French, German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese and Arabic.

Please note that these classes are not for credit, but you are expected to take tests and these marks will show on your transcript. You can opt to have the marks removed from your transcript if you wish.

Before proceeding you must get approval from the module convenor to attend one of these modules.

Please let us know the language you are interested in, as well as any prior experience you have of the language. We will make sure you are enrolled on the appropriate level and that taking the module does not introduce any clashes into your timetable.
