Copenhagen Trip for KSA Stages 2 and 3. Deposit Payment
Stage 2 and 3 will be visiting Copenhagen between 29 October and 2 November 2017. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the culture of a foreign city and also to get to know your colleagues better. The cost of the trip will be £375 per student and includes transfers from Canterbury to a UK airport; return flights and internal transfers; bed and breakfast in multi-bedded rooms in a centrally located hostel, and travel insurance.
The current itinerary includes BIG housing in Orestad; Bagsvaerd Church and courtyard housing by Jorn Utzon (of Sidney Opera house fame); Louisiana art gallery, Oresund bridge (of The Bridge fame) and Malmo; MVRDV residences; Zaha Hadid extension to Ordrupgaard Museum.
To engage in this unique educational experience you must confirm your attendance by paying the £190 deposit through the University online store. All payments are non-refundable (unless the whole trip is cancelled for some reason) and must be paid through the Online Store without exception; cash will not be accepted. Please be aware that paying your deposit means that you commit to paying the full cost of the trip and you will be liable for paying the balance at a later date.
If you are a non-EU student and require a visa for the visit, it is your responsibility to check this. If you need to apply for a Schengen Visa you must request a status letter from Student Records. Please note it can take up to two working days for status letters to be produced.
We can also provide proof of your participation in the Field Study Programme. This can be requested from the School Office (room 23 Marlowe Building) or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
